Every year nearly 10,000 Maryland sixth graders spend a week on the Chesapeake Bay at NorthBay Adventure Camp. There environmental and character education are taught hand-in-hand, each interdependent on the other. “TOOBIE: The Movie” chronicles the story of a boy, his friends, and the choices they make which define their lives. 15four developed a major part of NorthBay's fully-integrated character curriculum which includes feature film, shorter narritive films, live stage performance, scripts, podcasts, and associated websites.
